Corey for the most part was fine. My issue was that not a single person read my appraisal, until 12 hours before I was to close. Therefore, no one informed me, my realtor, or the selling agent that we needed to install a handrail in order to close on time. My realtor even specifically asked if the appraiser noted anything that needed to be done in the house, and we were told ‘no, looks fine’. This delayed my closing by a week and cost me an extra $1,500 in hotel and ‘re-inspection’ fees.

Very slow to respond. Often took many emails and texts before hearing back. When he would respond he would rarely know the answers.

The communication of our loan was extremely poor. We had gone a whole month without receiving any updates about our loan and didn't get one until I had reached out asking. It seems that we were simply forgotten about.

She would not share any loan information with buyers agent. She changed charges late in the process with difficulty to confirm. Screwed buyer into new terms. Did not communicate recording with buyers agent.

As a joint applicant with my spouse, Tom failed to include me in all communications and updates! Too impersonal, not bothering to follow up on my questions promptly! The refinance costs was so much higher than estimated and I didn’t get a “Good Faith Estimate” early on but a forwarded drafted estimate from my spouse!” Very dissatisfied with his service cuz I believe that your company charged us many fees that other mortgage companies don’t charge! Overall communication wasn't timely, most updates would need to be initiated on my end. The loan process had several missteps and re-dos that dragged the process on. There was confusion on the need for a new deed to be produced, scheduling signings when all documents weren't ready, and we needed to sign the closing documents twice.

Communication was quite poor.should have explicit about the kind of documentation required. Seem to be getting unending lists. Never introduced to who I may be receiving requests for documents. From. No assurance goven all the private information is being securely protected. Have built three homes and secured mortgages in the past 50 years. NAVER been for this volume od documents. Much improvement required.
