Your lack of attention to interest rates and the deadlines of the payment dates of the debts I was paying off cost me both in the short term and definitely in the long run. Not only did I have to make an extra mortgage payment but also suffered a bad credit report as your payment to my credit card company came in two weeks late. I feel that my loan was not big enough to be important to you and wish I had worked with someone else.

Home buyers need a project manager approach to communication. We needed a gantt chart from the very beginning outlining what was needed and target dates. We were first time homebuyers and only knew what we were given or told. We were assured that we were on track to close (we took your word for it) and then suddenly just before everything is due we get a flurry of activity but too late to hit deadlines.

Great communication until he locked in the loan. Then couldn't get him to call, text or email back unless he needed something. Very disorganized from a customer perspective as to who was my contact once the loan went into processing. Not impressed, wouldn't recommend or use again. Other than that, process was pretty quick and that I appreciated. However I did expect more contact between your employees in different depts, and it didn't seem like they communicated with each other at all.

Better communication was the #1 issue. I also thought the way he talked to me was unprofessional. I only tolerated it because we were very far into the refinance process.

Once I turned in my paperwork to apply for a loan I never once heard from Sean again about the details to my loan. I was just emailed paperwork to electronically sign.
