Asked several times for good faith estimate and never received one until it was time to close. Happy he was able to push up the closing - however we specifically asked for an impound account and it was not included. Something he should have caught before docs were drawn in my opinion. Big inconvenience. His assistant, Tara, was AMAZING! Teo not involved at all with clients.

Untimely communications, my file was including an other person's information. Not Paul's fault perhaps but I felt that the company did not live up to the expectations of s five star lender.

Better communication with me. I had to reach out to you guys many times to ask what I needed to do next. As a first time home buyer I had no clue about this process and I felt a timeline of events would have been nice and what was expected of me. I felt like I was just going with the flow for most of the process without really knowing what was happening. I felt more like a number rather then a person at time during the process. Paulina was extremely inconsistent with the information she provided. She didn't have answers for many of my questions. I had to meet with another loan consultant at NAF to get my questions answered. On my closing day Paulina failed to submit 3 documents to them. When I went back to the Title Company the documents were still not there. After waiting 10 minutes she sent incorrect documents. When I called her to ask her for the correct forms she yelled at me and stopped answering my phone calls.

It would have been more pleasant if the mistake on formas would of been corrected right way , also if problems would of occur to be notified properly. causing us weeks of delays. And lastly if would had a concern with certain things on documents for him to look into them .

I felt like emails could have been answered in a more timely fashion. It was confusing to figure out who was in charge of what, even though there is an "all hands on deck" approach." It just doesn't work for me.

The communication regarding my cash out was inaccurate. I asked multiple times what would I receive at closing and u was directed to the line cash to borrower, $21,854 but that's not what I received. 2 days after she said she would call me. I still have not heard back from her. I'm very disappointed that such a basic question as what will I receive at closing could be my misinterpreted. I feel it was intentional to get my business and to have me move forward with the loan and would not recommend
