It started out great, very exciting and hopeful. We had an unusual situation due to COVID but was told by AJ multiple times it would be ok. As we were going through the process we found many paperwork errors, I had to call and check up on things because nothing was being done correctly, we almost had to pay almost $1k out of pocket for an error on his part. And to top it off he was reading from the wrong paperwork which our realtor had to explain multiple times. Just seemed careless.

I had numerous requests for impossible documents via Michelle. My Edward Jones rep was very frustrated. My tax return was questioned as to a proper signature. This continued with my bank and the title company. Kyle was ok but not Michelle. I suppose if you had a couple of w2's and no itemized deductions this may work however if you are in business this is the wrong company. I spent hours and hours back in forth with an unreasonable person ( Michelle)

Lengthy process. Was not told what all was needed upfront and kept providing documentation over the course of months. Even up to the closing, I was scrambling with all kinds of last min requests. Not an organized way of handling process. At close person was friendly but did not appear to understand what was needed. I was told that there would be money due but the notary at close said there was nothing due at that time. She did not take payment so had pay to send wire after the fact.

Fist of all as a professional, "I don't know answer" are bad service. Second, being asked to resend and sign documents that were already sign, is bad service. Third, the cash out amount was no where close to what I was quoted and discussed. Overall, nice loan officer but very distracted.

I won't go into much detail, but it should NEVER take 148 days (almost 5 months) to close on a mortgage refinance loan. So, what would've made it better? For starters, providing the customer a firm closing date target from the start of the process and a more complete outline of the loan process. Also, it would be beneficial for Mr. Levine to monitor the individual loan processing agents/contractors more closely to ensure they are performing their roles as needed to keep the process moving.

Daniel did not ask enough questions prior to running my credit report and as soon as he felt that my financial situation was too complicated, instead of offering suggestions he was quick to dismiss my application. I have worked with many loan officers in the past who was more open to challenges and come up with diff ideas. Definitely not experienced enough, unless you are someone with an extremely simple financial background, Daniel would not be your best option for helping you to problem solve.

We originally applied for our refinance in October 2019. We kept getting pushed back or just forgot about

Because we are an older couple we needed extra help and she provided that.
