It was a nightmare. Two weeks before close, Jose Espinoza sent an email full of phishing red flags: misspellings, requests items already sent, & no secure links. Valerie asked Jose on 10/17 if he needed more information. Jose did not respond until 10/22, requesting info we had already submitted. I asked for updates repeatedly and received none. We did not receive any update on our status until 2:43PM on 10/25 - we were closing at 4:30 on 10/25. Nerve-racking. Never will use NAF again.

I've never dealt with a lender like this one. They never kept me in the loop on with respect to my Buyer's Loan Process. They rarely kept the Buyer up to date throughout the process and was only when the Buyer reached out to them. The Buyer and I were instructed to move up our Closing Date but the lender wasn't ready. This created so much stress for my Buyer.

Work with you client until the very last minute up to the final stage. Do not give false information and be knowledgeable enough with all the very small details of any transaction to avoid surprises with your client specially with the figures. 3% is very big difference with 10%. Assist your client with all the issue and not leave them hanging in no clue of what is going on. The experience I had with New American Funding is very stressful and un-recommendable specially for the first time buyer.

your company dropped the ball on several occasions during this transaction causing a lot of stress. My clients ended up having to delay their closing bc you failed to do your job correctly and on time. The closing date was given to me by Uri, and it was like nobody made sure paperwork and calculations were done on time to close. Then once we made it to closing there were technical difficulties and the funds hadn’t even been sent yet. This delayed us about an hour and a half. Horrible experience.

With the inability to make any negotiations on our percentage rate, and the multiple administrative mistakes that were made on our loan documents, that both our realtor and us barely caught we are not happy with the service we received. Once our loan application had moved to the processor, we no longer received any communication or assistance from our originator without having our realtor get involved.

We was given false information repeatedly. Lied to several times on the amount of closing costs. It was eventually resolved only after clearing our schedule repeatedly and taking unnecessary time off for closing day only for no one to show repeatedly because of lack of communication on their part.

Bailey was great on the first call but once we signed up it was impossible to get any information from him. Jennifer Vo should receive any and all commissions as she did all of the work and communication.
