Don't waste your time. Spoke with Jesse Zepeda and he's ghosted us. Called his cell, emailed, and called the main line - which was the only way we could get ahold of him. Claimed we would see something that day. Still waiting...

Was responsive and informative once, then just stopped communicating out of the blue, unprofessional. Even tried to reach out to the realtor that recommended Laurie for assistance in getting back in contact and she even saw how unprofessional she was and thankfully connected me with someone more responsive. Made multiple attempts to reach out after completing necessary paperwork and got nothing.

I will just say was a complete waste of time trying to work with these people horrible on return calls the verbage in the documents makes appear that your getting into an adjustable when it was suppose to be fixed which they kept saying was but what I read wasn't, nonetheless don't waste your time with them glade I found better company that had zero closing costs which is not good when any company is says they do move on.

Lead us & our first time buyer on that all was OK up until a few days before closing this email communication. After that, you cannot reach him and we had to get other people involved. We will never recommend NAF to a client and have them go through that what we had to go through. We arfor a local rep at our broker's office for stepping in to get it to happen.
