My initial conversation Dennis gave the impression I would would with him directly this wasn't true. I dealth with everyone but him After two initial conversations and after I was approved we never spoke again not even a Congratulations once I closed I had to keep calling. Yvette is the one who helped me and she's no longer with the company.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mr. Robby Goudeseune as my loan officer. The entire mortgage process was a nightmare. Whenever I called with questions, he became frustrated and hung up on me. It felt like he was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, it seemed like he preferred to work with a certain demographic. If you are Black or have a name that reveals your racial identity, this may not be the right person for you. I strongly advise avoiding him

Working with Dennis was painful and a literal nightmare. I wouldn't wish the experience on my worst enemy, so I definitely wouldn't recommend that my or anyone's customers work with him. Not a good represenation of New American Funding.

Mark made two critical choices on this loan with zero consultation with or communication to us: buying down points and financing closing costs when we did not want to lump those in. Once our application was in he conducted no outreach and made zero effort to speak to us about our needs, instead making assumptions and then leaving it to us to uncover those choices, ask questions, and request changes.

I’m extremely disappointed with how all of this handled. At first it good communication, after the “decisions” was made, I literally was ghosted!!! I’m a veteran and expected to be treated better than I was. I literally had to find out everything online. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this poor service!
