Communication. Our calls were completely ignored. Kept getting asked for the same documents several times by different people in the office. We didn’t close on our day because Julie Ramos didn’t keep up with her work. Thinking of refinancing so our agent doesn’t get our commission!

I sure would not and would like to never be contacted again

Be more human contact, not animated versions of your company, more aware of what people need..

The overall experience with this process was frustrating and overwhelming. From the beginning it was nothing but lies after lies after another lie. The blame was always put on someone else Erica never took responsibility for anything. She should have just said from the start that what we were looking for would not be possible instead of lying and taking us trough the process all the way till the end, she led us to believe things that at the end didnt even happen. Before Erica reached out to us i had 2 other people from different companies tell me they could work with us for whatever reason and i appreciated there honesty but not Erica for her was yes we can do that but at the end that was not the case and this whole exp with her was very frustrating. Next time just tell your customer the truth dont lead them to believe you can do what they want you to do if you CANT do it!

Whole process was over promising and under delivering! You capture business with shady unethical sales practices and are in reachable throughout the whole process. Employees are under trained and not knowledgeable, their managers don’t care and make excuses. I Can go on and on about the mistakes, the lies and the lack of care by your entire company. Will be filing BBB complaints & and influential real estate bloggers and influencers spreading the word from California to NY-

Scott is very rude and condescending towards women. He was this way with me and my daughter in-law whom we unfortunately referred to him. He promised interest rates that he could not deliver. His customer service is terrible. I will never refer this company and will advise people to stay clear of Scott and this company.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Scott made promises that he could not deliver. He lied his way through the process, and when called out on them, he lied again stating that he did not state that. He was very rude to my wife and I and short tempered. Scott is a GREAT used car salesman!! I will be refinancing my loan ASAP, so Scott makes no money on servicing my loan.
