Absolutely little to no communication. Took over 3 months to close. We signed and turned in every document required within 24 hours. Many documents that held up our loan were sent to us after the fact and sometimes weren't even necessary for our loan. When we had a question as to why our loan was getting held up, we could never get an answer. No re-fi should take over 3 months to close. Also, how much we had to pay out of pocket was 3 times the amount in our closing estimate. Very frustrating!

Very poor communication. I was offered discounts when we first spoke, and when the time came no discounts were given (it was too late in the escrow process to change). The office seemed to be disorganized. The requests being made to 3rd parties (i.e. insurance for condo) were incorrect. All around disappointed and will never work with NewAmerican funding again. but, thanks for asking. We have multiple real estate acquisitions, and in the past they were great, but not anymore.

Several of my emails are either unanswered or take several days to respond. At least on three different occasions received documents with incorrect names despite assurances that it has been corrected.

Our main frustration with Chris was that he often didn't answer our questions about how the finances of the refinances were determined. He either ignored our emails or provided answers to questions we hadn't asked. We went through long periods without hearing from him, and when we'd reach out, he would ask us to resubmit paperwork we had already completed (we submitted once form at least 3 times). We also had to press him for a 28-year mortgage, which he initially promised.

Not Taking 4 months to complete a simple refi with a customer of 9 yrs-Not changing the loan terms to add points at the last minute because loan managed incorrectly-Communicating back when you are communicated to. Communication that occurred is what was "coerced" through "multiple" emails and phone calls or the built in communication that your system delivers automatically at the steps of the loan. Does not care a whip about the customer and has no pride in the representation of his company.

Had to reach to everyone to get any communication. Loan funded on Thursday and payments have not been made to accounts we were paying off. Title company used for closing was awful never communicated that the scheduled closing at 10am was cancelled. Had to reach out to them to find out. Then asked that they find someone to close that evening and they never confirmed they had found someone we had to call to get that information.
