I was listed as agent on this transaction and emailed two different times to remove me from the emails. From me this is a privacy issue since I was not involved. No one ever responded to me and this is now ANOTHER email I e received asking for me to complete a survey. Sure he’s a great guy but weird to be listed as an agent and not removed after asking multiple times.

Tried working with Nicole Flowers with very poor service. Being a business owner myself I know how important it is to follow through. Nicole was very friendly on the phone and said she would get us something emailed over right away that day to see what we qualify for.I tried emailing after a day of no response. Had to send her a text to get a response 4 days later. We will be going with another mortgage company.

Communicating to resolve issues were unclear causing misunderstanding of expected outcome and closing dates. Errors that occurred were not resolved in the expected timeframes and caused delays in closing dates

Honest clear information.... not provided Told I’d get 50,000.00 cash out but new American paid all the fees out of my 50,000.00 Appraisal guy was a joke did not include my garage or my casita and then asked me to measure and take photos for him Once paperwork signed , never heard back from Daniel Had to ask five times for my appraisal Worst Re-Fi ever

We r first time home buyers, and we do not know how it works in US to buy a house. We had so many challenges and we didnt knew if we will be closing our house until the closing day. The underwriters took for ever to review the file. We started searching for houses only after getting a pre-approval, but when we finalized the contract, underwriter did not open our file until the closing date. The whole process sucks. Not happy at all with American funding.

I feel like i was lied to working with them. I was referred by an online website so i decided to give them a shot. I gave up didnt think they could help me when jack told me he was sure he can help me refinance my home and cash out equity as long as my home was appraised at a certain undisclosed amount. He said that's all he needed my home to be worth that much. So we went ahead with the appraisal which was $500 out of pocket and our appraisal came in 15k more than he said he needed. We get a call from him after saying our credit score isn't high enough now... And we can not cash out but he knew our score from the start so why did he allow us to go ahead with the appraisal if he knew our score was to low?? Idk maybe he split the appraisal money 250 a pop or maybe he wasnt focused idk.. In a time of need and desperation we decided to trust him and he took us for fools. Oh well that's just our experience be careful at first he will tell u everything you want to hear after he hooks you he starts coming up with excuses

If you ever have any damage to your home while under NAF they will play games with your insurance check for repairs. Your insurance that you pay for puts NAF name on the check and NAF decides what its going to hand back to you and when. My repairs have been delayed 21 days because of NAF not sending me back my money to fix my home. Then they lied when they said they would overnight the check back to us. They sent it regular mail. They get $1000's of dollars a year from me yet they can't over night the check? really. When I can get away from them I will as fast as I can.
