I rate Ritchy Haynes a negative 10 down into the category of 'please never let me encounter this man again' . He yelled at me on several occasions, talked to me in a sarcastic, rude and condescending tone, and argued about the property we were purchasing (even though he had never seen it and was wrong) - it had no gas and was all electric. Even after 7 months he is going out of his was to be rude to me. I conveniently never received a 1098 with his employer tax identification number to claim the taxes we paid at closing and when I called him he immediately took a condescending tone with me and didn't render the information i needed - not helpful or kind at all. I will be filing formal complaints....AGAIN. I cant believe this man is still in business with people. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Andy should know what he needs to close a loan in advance so he doesn't have to call on a daily basis for information and have to beg and plead for a time and date for closing. Very unorganized!

It took almost one year to refinance. Your team waiting until the last minute to tell me they needed certain items to finish my refi, which caused me to loose out on my first two locked in rates and I had to pay for two appraisals which I think your team should have covered the second one!!!

Continued Discrepancies between what is stated on the phone and the resulting documents sent , lack of followup after the initial "bait" period.

I think that the reviews for Leon and the company in general were preselected to give the appearance of trust and professionalism. Leon is the second unprofessional, unpleasant person I have had the complete displeasure of working with at this company. He speaks down to the people, arrogant at best, impatient, and overcomplicate simple responses. When you are purchasing the a home, no one and I mean no one deserves the hassle dealing with an individual of this caliber. RUN

it ended up a very bitter experience with loan officer Jason Moorer. he essentially misled me and kept saying that my heloc would remain open after the refinancing which was the main reason why I decided to go with him. That ended up not the case and my heloc was closed. he didnt even bother to get back to me for explanations, instead just hid behind another customer rep. Sometimes just being honest with a customer solves a lot of things if this was a screw up. he doesnt deserve to be licensed.

This company has destroyed my families life and are a group of thieves selling false dreams. My parents have invested their money, time and health in attempting to reach their dream of buying their first home. Two days before the closing day, Ricardo Maldonado contact my parents and told them that they will not be able to do the closing for a failure on their end. They ran my mothers credit 4 times bringing it down right before the closing. Communication with these people has been horrible and no real explanation of the error committed is being explained. They are unprofessional and unorganized. If you are looking to buy a house please do not do business with this company. My parents did everything they needed to do, all documents where in place and credit was a 645 my mom and 685 my dad and from them running it so often because of their mistakes it ran it down. I am waiting patiently for these people to correct this issue and I pray they do right by my parents.

Terrible experience, I contacted a loan consultant from this business and I was preapproved for a loan, a month later, when I was ready to do the business I was treated le a ghost, he never answered my calls and sent me text messages saying he was going to call me back latera nd never did. At the end I couldn't buy the house because I lost the bid. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.
