5 months and STILL TRYING to get it right???? not approved???? Kyle eft me hanging, leaving a mesage on Friday, 'Call me Monday' - the perfect eample of a useless communication.. He caused heart palpitations that could have been COMPLETELY avoided, by saying "EVERYTHINGS FINE, I''LL CALL YOU MONDAY'....BUT NO..... Sadists must have instructed him at some point. This is all due to horrid communication. It started great, he helped me understand a few terms and felt he would help me more, through the process. As soon as I signed the papers I was crap. The communication stopped, I spoke to his supervisor, and even less luck. Finally I am contacted by a loan processer with paperwork that should have been given to me months before. I am then told because all the others processors didnt have anything to do, so they switched me. I asked for her supervisor, and I still have not recieved even the decency of a response. I highly recommend you report these people if you are having any trouble. The Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris email The Veterans dept Interstate board of directors in your state – email of each and address Supervisor jerk that will not help Your loan processor Anyone in your state who licenses govt loan companies Also, file a complaint with your state consumer protection office about a mortgage fraud or scam. Call the HOPE Hotline at 1-888-995-HOPE (1-888-995-4673) or (TTY 1-877-304-9709) Complaints About Banks and Lenders | USAGov Alert all credit companies about this agency since fraud could be committed Credit bureaus: 1. TransUnion (www.transunion.com) 2. Experian (www.experian.com) 3. Equifax (www.equifax.com) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) reportfraud.ftc.gov. 1. Construct a narrative. Start by writing down your story. Include everything you can remember, but try to keep it concise. Talk about how the scammer first approached you and every step you took during the process. You’ll be repeating this story to different agencies, so it’s important to write it out so it is consistent and complete. The process of reconstructing the events of the scam will help you remember all the relevant details. There are a lot more, you'll have to look them up, I was registering a complain when I hit this page, so you have someplace to start. WRITE EVERYONE____ we will drive them into the sea!

Scott Chapman tried to charge us a high amount of points for an interest rate that is nothing short of price gouging. When we got better offers elsewhere he gave us something comparable but has not produced the agreed upon paperwork as promised. He makes it seem like he is doing us a favor by doing this and tried to get us to sign paperwork that didn’t have the agreed upon amounts and promised to “change” it to what we agreed to by closing. Absolutely ridiculous to ask us to sign wrong amounts

I had mixed feelings frm vry 1st phone convo with him I was impressed initially becuz he returned my call rght away on a Sat&got right2wrk but in the same convo he began2complain abt people who contct him¬ ready 2purchase.After rcving preapproval things seemed2go from bad2worst! He didn't turn in ratified contract until 2wks after rcving it. Only gave $65 lenders credit even after HIS mess up,he told my agent if I would've had 3.5% dwn I could've already clsd while 4 vhda.Bad communication!

James was good when he took over, New American Funding is a bad company to do business with if you are looking for customer service and pro-activeness. This company will not call you to check in nor to give you any updates. You will need to call them and hope that they call you back. I will not work with New American Funding in the future. James, this review is more of a reflection on your manager Brian Keranen, he shouldn't be in his position.

STAY AWAY. This guy should be banned from the industry. He offered me fake hope. But I trusted him because he said it could be done and he'd done it countless times. On his company website he has great reviews. Obviously because they filter them. I'm now going to file a formal complaint for his dishonest conduct.
