I recently refinanced my home and got a good rate but I was lied to by Pouyan Narani. I was told New American would allow bi weekly payments (multiple times)and apply them as soon as payments were recieved in order to save on interest and pay the loan off faster. I just recieved a email that the bi weekly payment option only helps with “budgeting” and they don’t apply the 1st payment until they receive the other half of the payment at the end of the month. This will not help cut the interest paid over the life of the loan. So beware of deseptive salesmen like Pouyan Narani and get everything in writing!!

Stephen was very helpful and communicative until we locked in our rate. Once we did that he completely ghosted. We had an awful time getting any questions answered, all texts, calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. We ended up signing several forms multiple times because they didn’t realize they already had them or they were incorrectly filled out. We received a call at 8pm to notify us a notary would be at our house the following day. I have more to say but I’m out of space.

Horrible communication with me and client. Asked for docs at last minute from client. Caused closing to get pushed back and then changed amount client had to bring to closing DURING the closing.

I'm having the worst experience ever, mainly because of communication. The communication, or lack there of, is horrible. I shouldn't have to chase someone down for updates and general information. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

I have been in the business for many many many years! This last transaction was the worst I have seen since working with the large banks. Now that I am the Realtor side the lack of professionalism from this company is atrocious. Had file for a couple of months and missed the closing because they forgot two documents and they did not know what to do with an engineers report. It cost my buyer several hundred dollars to extend the contract of which was not refundable from the seller. The local management is non responsive and the manger above him named Tim did not care either. If you are purchasing a home stay clear of this company as it is doubtful you will close on time. I will make certain to let other Realtors and teams (some of which top 100 million production) to stay clear as well.
