This was the worst experience ever dealing with a mortgage company. I was never able to get straight answers. I would submit documents and then weeks later be asked for the same documents. Communication was non-existent. Absolutely awful and unnecesarily stressful experience.

Communication and follow through. John on multiple occasions failed to communicate when he scheduled it. When I reached out with questions and concerns John failed to respon. I don't mean he was late getting back to me, I mean he never responded. John's poor handling of this loan cost me months of delays in my project and I almost lost my contractor. I would avoid John at all costs!! Also I reached out to John's manager and also never received a response. on principle I'd avoid that guy too!

COMMUNICATION! We had to wait an extra week to close due to issues on NAF's side with our appraiser and had to appraisals completed, which NAF attempted to charge us for. We only found out 36 hours before our third closing date that we had the clear to close. And that was after talking to both the processor , her manager, and our horrible agent Arnold. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I'm waiting for the loan to be officially canceled. I gave more then enough notice that the documents did not match, everything seemed like BS, and I did not agree to the paperwork also, tell your web dev team to fix this chat box so it stops double spacing! First day?

The process took nearly four months The underwriter did not know how to calculate commission income despite my sending guidelines . Loan officer was not available and did not return calls or emails. Loan was in violation of Reg B. Credit decision needed to be made with 30 days. That did not happen. If I hadnt followed up continuously, the company did not care. The worst experience of my life. The processor Raquel is the only reason I stayed the overall process needs to be overhauled. Management needs to be involved. I requested a supervisor call on a number of occasions and was not given that option.
