Unfortunately, there were no updates throughout the process on where the file was and how things were going. There was an issue with an encroachment at the very end when the title company had sent the title commitment 3 weeks prior. It was stressful on everyone, including the buyer. Every time I reached out to Rebecca I was told Toni was handling it. I felt like Rebecca wasn't even involved or knew what was going on.

Hear from my client that he was being told they had the 16th as the closing date the entire although the contract didn't say that. Even then we still weren't ready to close by 9am on the 17th. Very poorly handled by telling us the day of closing that we weren't going to close for a week. This is the type of experience that leaves a bad taste in their mouths.

Responses to clients questions in a timely matter. Following up on scheduled appointments and appraisals to ensure things are on track. Being available for questions or concerns. Owning up to mistakes and apologizing. All of the things you’d expect from a lending company as a first time homeowner.

Where were the details of the numbers to close? How much should the Buyer bring to closing? Loan officer informed me he wasn't responsible for getting them to me--someone was. I did not hear from Mr. or Ms. Someone Else. Terrible experience. If this loan officer is not the one doing the work, why wasn't I in touch with the one who was? The title company contributed its own share of non-communication. Terrible.

Very poor communication, he was very unorganized,and it took almost 3 months to get it done. In the end we were happy with the interest rate and our overall mortgage.

Final cost per month and closing cash had stayed the same for a month through many different forms. Then less than 24 hrs before closing both cash to close and the monthly payments went up considerably. We tried calling, emailing and texting and got no explanation as to why. She didn't contact us and never explained why it changed or why these changes happened right before closing when she had been working on it for a month. Unsatisfied, would not reccomend.

There was poor communication and lack of explanation on numerous items. I had to deal with multiple personnel, at least 5. There is no need to have that many people involved from just one organization. Then, I started to receive attitude from one of the staff members. I would not recommend your company.

It was a very scary experience, not being given much information from start to finish and the little information we did receive we felt was very misleading. It was a very stressful and scary time that we would definitely not recommend for anyone else to get involved with.
