It would have been better to have better communication with the team. It felt like everytime they requested information we gave it to them within a day but they would ask for the same information again a week later without any clarification on why it was needed again until a phone call was made. We never got final closing cost until the day of closing which ended up being more than the initial quote that was given to us 4:30 pm the day before. No lender credit was offered just to increase cost.

She was not a knowledgable person. They made a mistake on closing documents and add HOI to our escrow which we didnt need it. We found it on closing day before signing and Sage told us it can be solved very easily you can sign. And my big mistake was trust to her. After passing more than one month from closing and calling them 100 times and passing from this person to that person they told us it can not be removed. I regret my trust to this company.

In the 5 month refinancing discussions we never spoke to Steve Schauer. He repeatedly sent emails for Joel Rios & Arturo Ochoa at Cynthia Ochoa's email address & never acknowledge Cynthia's involvement in the loan process. The loan processors that worked on Steve's behalf didn't answer phones or return phone calls in a timely manner or I got emails a week later with an apology for not returning calls. Papers were missing at the final signing and final disclosure papers didn't match.

We closed over a week and half after our original close date . I realize more work may have been needed for these particular buyers , but he never communicated that to me so that I would be aware as their agent , so I was left in the dark apologizing for the lack of performance and communication, and deadlines that became arbitrary.

We were handed over to her assistant to handle everything. Jessica was not very knowledgeable and her communication was horrible. My husband works 2 hours away and she told him on a Thursday that our closing was the next day. On that Friday after he drove 2 hours home, she then said the closing was rescheduled for that Monday but did not give a time. On that Monday she sends him a text that said, “your closing is at 3 today. He had to drive back and miss another day of work. Very inconvenient.

Our trust level with Sean tanked when he asked us to send information that contained sensitive information via email. We called him out on that. We should have realized the red flag and that was how the rest of the transaction would go, poorly, with disappointing communication and timing . From that day forward nothing about the process was smooth. We received numerous corrections (at least 5) that we had to sign even though we called and said there was data wrong. Find someone else .
