I have never had such a terrible experience buying a home. Dates were promised and missed Escrow closed 15 days late. we had to do 3 extensions the sellers were ready to walk away was I. I was told he would call me back in 15 minutes. I never received that call back. Communication was terrible. I got more help from a Senior Loan Processor, Robert Carabajal Than I did from Ron. We got a clear to close on Friday September 4 I signed docs on the 5th and on the 8th I was called for more documents.

Super slow and clumsy loan process, and you leaked my social security number to total strangers!!! This issue is still unresolved and your CSR has not returned my call. Horrible experience.

Horrible communication. Would say one thing than quote something entirely different. Took months to finally finish process which ended up costing us more money and additional credit checks. Awful communication and was extremely frustrating to work with.

Alma was "BOMBARDED" with too much work to even communicate the most minor things that had been clearly made as important to the client. It was so bad that I had to suggest to her she should use a notepad to write down some of the requests and info that was being given. She asked the same questions several times. She had no sense of urgency when there were deadlines. The loan had to be extended and she tried to charge us for it even though it was her mistake. Alma should not take on refis.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received on this loan. Poor execution, poor communication, and poor customer service. I can honestly say I will never use this loan officer again. The most unfortunate part of this is she is losing a 3 time returning customer. Sorry but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a loan officer who actually cares about their customers.
