This is the worst lender company to work with. The loan officer Indy will only talk to you when they have to fix the rate after that he will not pick up your call or answer your emails . They will block you by providing the final closing disclosure 1 hour before the closing . If you have to buy a home where you have to wire the money, they will not even provide a estimate how much money you need to wire . You have a great risk with closing if you work with them . Please dnt risk your deposit !

Buying a home with Caliber was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Not only did whatever was said to us not come true, but the communication level and severely lacking. They asked for redundant documents several times and made closing more difficult then it should have been. Not on top of anything and every time we were told we were approved and good to go, something else was required that was already given to them. I hope to be refinancing with another company as soon as possible and will never recommend Caliber home loans. Every time we had to hear from Caliber the stress level went up to a whole new high. They also got our closing cost wrong and made us go out of our way to obtain a money order for $7.30. We are a struggling family of 4 with a newborn and had to live out of hotels and air bnb’s for over a month. Richard always started the phone call with “I’m on your side” but I failed to see it every time. Very disappointed.

When I would call to ask him a question regarding the loan he wasn't really helpful or friendly.

Better communication. Faster processing.

Communication from both Moe and Brian was not good at all. There was very little communication as a whole, and when there was communication it was a lot of back and forth, each person saying different things, information left out, etc. This was terrible experience, I almost backed out numerous times because of the constant extensions and lack of help or communication or understanding of what was going on. One day I would be told something was perfect and acceptable and two weeks later it was unacceptable and an issue that we needed to overcome. From the beginning I was told we would close on the house on July 13th, and every time the deadline came up I would suddenly receive an email with a list of more documents they requested or issues they had, and all in all, we didn't close on the house until August 21st. It was horrible. I could type a novel on my experience with this company to explain all of the issues I had with them, but overall, this was the most nightmarish experience I could possibly imagine and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am not even sure who Stanley is as I have only heard of this person after closing, I have had not one exchange with this person during the entire time I went through the nightmarish mortage process. Sarah was nice and very responsive and tried her best to help answer any questions I had along the way. if someone wishes to have a relationship with a client, I may suggest reaching out to them prior to closing? I had a lot of issues with Rashawn and his boss included . So much so I wish I went with a different lender. I can not personally Wait to refinance out of NAF. stanley if you read this, who are you? And where have you been? A manager may have helped me along my way to get some answers to all the annoyances I had to endure . thanks
