Communication from both Moe and Brian was not good at all. There was very little communication as a whole, and when there was communication it was a lot of back and forth, each person saying different things, information left out, etc. This was terrible experience, I almost backed out numerous times because of the constant extensions and lack of help or communication or understanding of what was going on. One day I would be told something was perfect and acceptable and two weeks later it was unacceptable and an issue that we needed to overcome. From the beginning I was told we would close on the house on July 13th, and every time the deadline came up I would suddenly receive an email with a list of more documents they requested or issues they had, and all in all, we didn't close on the house until August 21st. It was horrible. I could type a novel on my experience with this company to explain all of the issues I had with them, but overall, this was the most nightmarish experience I could possibly imagine and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am not even sure who Stanley is as I have only heard of this person after closing, I have had not one exchange with this person during the entire time I went through the nightmarish mortage process. Sarah was nice and very responsive and tried her best to help answer any questions I had along the way. if someone wishes to have a relationship with a client, I may suggest reaching out to them prior to closing? I had a lot of issues with Rashawn and his boss included . So much so I wish I went with a different lender. I can not personally Wait to refinance out of NAF. stanley if you read this, who are you? And where have you been? A manager may have helped me along my way to get some answers to all the annoyances I had to endure . thanks

the communication was hard to understand. We are first time home buyers and because of this we dont know what all goes on when buying a house. I understand that our situation was a different one but they were never really giving us secondary Opitions. i feel they were always playing from behind they would ask for one thing at a time Instead of a bunch. We also were never really told about the opinion for someone to do a gift letter because from my understanding they were going to need all of that person paper work as well and we were running out of time we pushed our closing date 4 times so it was just a very stressful situation. To get better communication I was talking to my friend who also works for NAF and she was confused by some of the situation that they were making us go through. Wayne was no personable and he was quite rude at times. when buying a house I know it can be stressful but when I am getting physically sick from it and not sleeping I dont know if that should be happening. Wayne never really fully explained things and there were times toward the end that he was not giving out lawyer straight anwsers . He had to be contacted by multiple people to get the full anwser. When they were looking at my employment stuff he said they were going to reach out Wednesday and he didn't reach out till Thursday night and than she asked for a new document and no one sent it to her so I had to call over to get that document for her. I was doing a lot of things to figure out what was going on that I feel I should have not had to do.
