Worst place to do business

Not professional, promises made and not kept, lack of follow up have to chase the lender for answers, lack of communication DISAPPOINTED! THE REALTOR BRAGGED ON THIS PERSON, THE BRANCH MANAGER AND I AM GROSSLY DISAPPOINTED. I was told I need to have CPA CERTIFY TAXES I ASK what form I need she stated oh I don't do that I structure the loans as if that particular task is beneath her so she said I'll have my staff get it to you tomorrow, of course i checked my email nothing so I gave up on her. She called and ask if I receive I reply no then carol says oh we have not done that so let me put something together... totally not professional. Perhaps she don't want to work with other ethnic groups outside hers. Nonetheless I think this is the worst level of a professional in her service I've ever received. Do not do business with people who double talk.

Total waste of time! Spent hours uploading docs, responding to questionnaires only to hear nothing back. Going with Rocket Mortgage.

This review is specifically related to the interaction I had with Anthony VanDyke (loan originator) and his assistants... I had mixed feelings from very 1st phone conversation with him I was impressed because he returned my call right away on a Saturday& got right 2 wrk but in the same conversation I was highly offended as he began 2 complain about people contacting him&not having the money or credit score needed in order 2 purchase a home. After receiving the preapproval things seemed 2 go from bad 2 worst! Anthony VanDyke didn't turn in the ratified contract until two weeks after receiving it. I was only given a $65 lenders credit even after HIS mess up and he told my agent that if I would've had 3.5% down-payment we could've already closed while waiting on VHDA. Communication between him and his assistants was very poor to the point that I began to believe these people were far from competent and the hopes of buying a home for my son and I dwindled by the day. Fast forward to closing day... I was told all documentation was there waiting for me when in fact there was noooo paperwork there! I waited for what felt like an hour ANNND still had to sign documents two days after closing! Mr Anthony VanDyke made a already stressful situation so much worse,with his dishonesty, poor communication and insensitivity.

Be very careful with this company, I'm working with the loan officer and she has not been very honest. I've requested several times for a supervisor to reach out and yet no one has reached out. Business ethics, professionalism, integrity none of those words should be used when describing the standards new American funding.

Being a single mom I can get all the help necessary, I got my score and according to Robert 1 of the 3 didn't showed, he told me "i will call you back today and let you know if you qualify". I never heard from him again, I try to get a hold of any one I never got an answer back. Very disappoint it and frustrated with this company. Not a good experience in my case.
