Mandy did not seem to be knowledgeable at all regarding the loan process. She created obstacles that my clients and I had to consistently overcome. She was very negative and demeaning of others and by the end my clients didn't trust her at all.

I was the listing agent, so I did not send Sean a referral. However, I did need to discuss details about his lender-client prior to entering into the purchase-sell agreement. Sean ignored my request to discuss matters relevant to his buyer and my transaction . His lack of communication has left an impression that I would never refer a buyer to him.

Best moment of this entire experience was its conclusion. Unfortunately, no commitments for timing or feedback were met. As a result my family and I were extremely stressed throughout the process. I was asked for same information multiple times and felt like I was being lied to continually in regards to what the actual outstanding items were. I did everything in my power to complete the process in a timely manner but NAF didn't. I can confidently say I will never recommend or use NAF again.

I’m in a situation where I might lose my earnest money of $10,000 and I won’t get to purchase our first home. This is causing me and my family a lot of distress and now I might have to pursue legal action and pay even more money in legal fees to try to get my $10,000 back. No one seems to want to advocate for us. I will never work with The Preview Group NW brokerage firm ever again or their lender New American Funding Inc.

A very unprofessional Loan Officer and non communicative during the entire process. Did not seem at all like my loan officer cared about his clients. I needed a loan officer that was true to his word, communicative, and one that had more class.

If he would have listened and actually answered my questions with anything but "I don't know about that". And if NAF in cahoots with the appraiser didn't keep prolonging my closing which was postponed 3 times. If I wasn't so far along in the process after the second postponement I would have went with another company. I would never recommend this company ro anyone!!

Jose being reckless issued a pre-qualified letter that was not approved by him only by his assistant who was not licensed at the time and my buyer list $5000 Earnest money
