Absolutely no communication between your LO, Loan Processor, and I’m not even sure what Shane’s title is or was. My Transaction Coordinator sent numerous emails as did the Attorneys office. No one followed up from your office causing us not to close on our scheduled date. Many many empty promises because no one did their job on a timely basis.

There was no communication from the Katie (the lender) nor her underwriting department with the Real Estate Agent. The client was treated as a go between.

He offer my client to use one of your prefer Real estate agents and they would get $2000 off their closing cost. For me not to lose my client I offer him $2000 from my commission. I would never work with him again or the bank unless I have to.

Was in contact for a short while, then have never heard from him since. I have left voicemails, and sent emails, but have heard nothing back. We don’t know if we were ever even approved for a loan, luckily we are going in a different direction.

Communication was HORRIBLE. There were delays created by individuals in the offices in an attempt to “speed up the process” when parties didn’t know exactly what they were doing and damage that was being caused. The Underwriter was HORRIBLE and exhausting to deal with asking for documentation and explanations that had already been provided. Overall I’d rate 0/10 and would not recommend.
