This was a second refi I had to pay for because the first one didn't impound correctly. I found out when I got a bill saying i was about to be cancelled. I was told that NAF had to jump through hoop's NOT to impound and it is rare. So what happened ? Now the Second Refi has funded and they refuse to answer my email. They are very unprofessional. I paid for this service the least you can do is answer your customer's emails. NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER'S FIND A BETTER COMPANY WITH MANNERS.

I supplied "required documents" I don't think were used. Still searching for some when I discovered I was approved. Extremely difficult time getting a return a call even when I thought my approval was in danger. 6 weeks before closing I pointed out an error. It was still in error on closing. I don't know that it was lender caused, but I felt forced to close on a specific time and date. I had just had surgery coupled with a very important funeral I HAD to attend on that date. Didn't matter.

The level of transparency at the beginning of this process was unacceptable. I had to ask why my loan was a FHA instead of an conventional loan, which is what I requested. I had to ask why my wife wasn’t on the loan. Nothing was disclosed until I asked. No one took the time to explain the major changes or to even see if I was ok with changes. Also, my wife was supposed to be put on title, which did not happen. Now I have to take additional time from my busy schedule to get her added.

Being a first time home buyer I had a horrible experience. I was never given options about rate from start to finish, I was stuck with a high interest rate since day one even though the rates had dropped on the moth we purchase the house. I was a learning experience for us and we did not get all the accurate information up from.

I filled out an online form asking for information on potential refinancing my mortgage. I received their initial voicemail without issue, and was fine with that. I have been very busy and hadn't had a chance to follow up yet. They have proceeded to SPAM DIAL ME 10+ times in less than 24 hours. It has transitioned from mild annoyance to feeling like I am being harassed, and ensuring I will never fill out another online form that requires anything but an email.
