What made it GREAT! Finding someone who truly understands the home buying process can be very stressfull to the buyer. Someone who helps you navigate through so the joy of buying that house is not lost. Someone who listens to you and not simply hears you. Someone who is in the home loan business, yet never makes the buyer feel like you are just another sale for them.
