My experience with NAF was great, and Johnny is what made it great. Kenzy was excellent, as well, although I didn't talk with her as much as I did with Johnny. Yes, yes, NAF's customized options and my employer's partnership with NAF certainly enhanced the experience. But I'm human, and I went through moments of worry, panic, and fear. Johnny was always there to reassure me that we were on the right track, and he was right. And he didn't offer empty platitudes. He took the time to present financial options and review scenarios to empower me with choices—real solutions, not just a useless pat on the back. He was easy to get in touch with—phone, text, email—and always responded as soon as he could. I look forward to refinancing with NAF in a year and can only hope that Johnny remains the Advisor on my mortgage account.

We were in a time crunch with making an offer on the house we really wanted, and Meggan worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we had the pre-approval in line to make a strong offer.
