No matter what Brenda was always willing to go above and beyond with any questions or issues that came across our table! Without her i know that closing on our dream home wouldn't have been possible! Working with Yoell Mendoza was the easiest part of the whole deal. From the first call he was upfront about what I needed, what was realistic, and how long things would take. No runaround, no last-minute surprises. He broke down the numbers so they were easy to follow, kept the file moving, and stayed in communication the entire time. What made my experience GREAT was the people who helped me throughout the whole process. Alvaro Loureiro, the Producing Branch Manager, was amazing and always made me feel supported and confident that everything was on track. Leant Rodriguez and Joanna Ayala were also wonderful. They were always responsive, patient, and happy to answer my questions whenever I needed help. Everyone was very professional, but at the same time made me feel like I was in good hands. I’m very thankful to all of them for making the home-buying process so much easier and less stressful. I truly had a great experience with the whole team!

Abraham Mor was truly a joy to work with. At first my husband and I was skeptical because Abraham was proposing the moon to us compared to other HELOC quotes we were getting such as fast closing, no home appraisal, fast funding and online notary.
