Marla was such a gem to work with. She was very quick in her responses, answered all my questions, overall very friendly and easy to make a connection with, and what I really appreciated from her was if I had a question that she didn't quite know at the time, she would immediately go digging and get a very detailed answer. I admire that level of dedication to her job and to her clients, it made me feel like a priority! My loan experience would've been completely different if Marla hadn't been helping us, we appreciated her so much!
