was really knowledgeable and proficient with his job. Overall, it was great dealing with him. I will say, though the processing and underwriting process was very hectic and unnecessarily cumbersome. We will be using Jesus for the future if possible, but we don't necessarily like how things transpired with the processing. We actually received the clear too close and then they said that it wasn't clear to close very last day. Everything was Unknown and iffy. It produced a great deal of stress for everyone in the transaction.
