From my initial call with Travis to closing day, I felt confident in the NAF team. The communication was outstanding! Travis was easy to reach when I had questions and took the time to talk through items. I never felt like he was rushed to get through a call with me, and he truly cared. I felt he and his team members were invested in ensuring I had a positive experience. I never had to wonder what to expect next or whether someone might drop the ball, it was the complete opposite.
